I’ve been coming to action auto care for the last 4 years. Every single time I’ve come, I’ve felt like I learned something new and left with a clear idea of what needed to be done on my car. There’s so much honesty and understanding at action auto care, this has been the only shop that I’ve found and truly trust to do service on my car. They don’t persuade you to do any car services that you don’t want to do, and I really appreciate that!

Best auto mechanic in the SF Bay Area. Been going to Robert and his team for service for the past seven years, and my parents have been for even longer than that. I enlisted and went active duty a year ago, driving 2,700 miles from FL to CA for a short break between duty stations. Still got my car serviced by no one else but Robert during my break. I'll keep coming to him and him only as long as I keep visiting CA.

Amazing shop! Always take my car here if another shop tells me I need work. Always very open and communicative on what work is actually needed and why. Great customer service, fair pricing, amazing turn around time!

Been taking my cars (Toyota Scion, Honda FIT) to Robert for many years. He is always honest, fair and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Robert & team are so kind, and their work is super affordable. They don't try to upsell and are incredibly thorough. Robert even helped me think through whether a repair made sense for my ancient car (and recommended no!). Can't recommend this shop enough!
